Well, this a very good advice, we can only agree with him.
The only thing which needs attention is that it only works with simple infections.
If you are a target of some “services” and they are using tools like Pegasus, you don’t have a chance to stop it this way. I think most of the people who are these kinds of targets, know how to manage their communications😊
Some simple things which you can regularly do to improve your security:
- Set the PIN code on your SIM card.
- Set the shortest lock time and the longest lock code you can accept.
- On your lock screen turn off as much as you can.
- Uninstall unnecessary apps.
- Think twice about what you share.
- Check your privacy settings of all the apps and services you use.
- Get rid of your browser history, cookies, and site data.
- Lock down your device manually whenever you put it down,
- When you aren’t using apps, log out from them.
